Personalised X-Mas Cards and Gifts

The Christmas season is here again and with it all the brazen profiteering. Not to be outdone, John and I have set up a company called Garth & Fat Tony selling personalised X-Mas merchandise. You can get Greeting Cards, Coffee Mugs and T-Shirts emblazoned with your family's, friends' or employees' caricatures (drawn by yours truly). Please email us for a quote or call John on 0722-699539 or 020-2011619.

Another Unemployed German

Michael Schumacher ended his Formula 1 career the same way he begun it. What a cracking drive at the final race of the season, the Brazilian Grand Prix! Starting 10th on the grid after suffering engine problems during qualifying, he fought his way to 6th within four laps before an unfortunate puncture put him at the back of the pack (70 seconds behind the race leader). Undeterred, he produced what must surely be the drive of the season, setting the fastest laptime of the race, to finish in 4th place. That is the stuff of legend. Simply marvellous! A fitting way for the best ever F1 driver to say farewell to the sport.

PS,
Any suggestions for the board he's holding?

Robert Mugarbage

Just heard on Carte Blanche about Zimbabwe trying to curb runaway inlation by -get this- introducing new notes with fewer zeros (OK, so I'm a bit behind the news). Well here's the real "zero" they need to get rid off.

OBlah-Blah Winfrey

This made the cover of the first (and so far only) cartoon magazine I ever tried to publish. The mag was a resounding failure but the cartoon survived.
